It constitutes the legal notice and the terms and conditions of use (hereinafter, the "TERMS") that regulate the access, use and navigation of the website www.cathopic.com, property of the commercial company Dimconex Media, S.L., with CIF B-88414438 and with fiscal address at Fernando Poo, 9 Madrid 28045 (Spain).
Access, use and navigation on this website implies acceptance by you, expressly and without reservations, of all the terms of this document.
Acceptance of the Terms
Cathopic is an independent Catholic platform that seeks to share the beauty of God through images, photographs, designs, drawings, frames and videos (hereinafter, the CONTENT) and operates the website www.cathopic.com (hereinafter, the "WEBSITE").
We are an open network because we believe that the beauty of God should be available to everyone, however, we need rules to make the platform safe for you, for us, for the authors and, in general, for the community.
Cathopic allows downloading, using, storing and sharing the CONTENT, depending on the type of registration chosen by the user.
- Compliance with the terms will be required of any person who accesses, navigates or uses the website, whether author, creator, user or visitor. If you do not agree with them, do not navigate the website.
Use and Registration on Cathopic
The website can be used by authors or creators, or by registered users.
If you are an author or creator, you can upload your content to the website to be shared with users. In this case, the author or creator guarantees that they are the sole owner of the intellectual and industrial property rights of the content and that they assign said rights to Cathopic exclusively, with the right to sublicense, in accordance with the rights assignment contract.
Cathopic can use, exploit, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate and transform the content that the author or creator uploads to the website.
If you are a user of the website, you must create a user account, being able to choose between a free subscription or a paid subscription.
If you choose to register for free, you can only use a certain amount of photographs.
If you choose a paid subscription, you can access, without limits, all our content, with the limitation of downloads according to the plan you have chosen.
- Registration on Cathopic is not allowed for people under 16 years of age, not even acting with the consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives. Cathopic reserves the right to verify your age at any time.
- Whether you are an author, creator or user, you must provide us with personal data and additional information that is truthful, accurate, complete and current. You are obliged to communicate to us any variation in the data and information provided.
- You are solely responsible for protecting and using the username and password you use on Cathopic. Likewise, you are solely responsible for the use made of the content under your username.
- The following conduct is totally prohibited:
- Uploading content or comments that violate these terms or current legislation.
- Uploading content that belongs to a third party.
- Impersonating another person, company or organization.
- Downloading content to share it on another similar platform.
- Publishing private information of third parties, without their express written authorization.
- Sharing content that contains computer viruses or that may damage information systems.
- Any type of disrespectful, aggressive, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory behavior or that incites hatred.
- Sharing violent, sexually explicit or offensive images.
- Sharing content previously uploaded to other websites.
The performance of any prohibited conduct will result in the removal of the content and the immediate cancellation of the registered user, preventing access to the platform and its services, without any compensation for damages, consideration or refund of the fees corresponding to the pro license.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
This website and all its contents, including texts, images, sound and any other material (files, trademarks, logos, color combinations), its structure and design, the selection and presentation of the contents included therein, are protected by industrial and intellectual property rights, are owned by Dimconex Media, S.L. who publishes its contents, or by third parties who have given their authorization as owners thereof.

Under no circumstances does access to the website imply any type of waiver, transmission or total or partial transfer of such rights, nor does it confer any right of use, alteration, exploitation, reproduction, distribution or public communication of said contents without the prior and express specific authorization granted for that purpose by the owner of the right.
The unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, use and modification or any other form of exploitation, whether directly or indirectly by telematic networks or under similar media, thereof, will imply the filing of the pertinent legal actions.

When you register on Cathopic (whether as an author or creator, or as a user) you must provide information that contains personal data such as your name, address, telephone number and email address. This personal data will be collected and processed by Cathopic.
Information regarding the use of your personal data, purpose, data processor, exercise of your rights, etc., in our privacy policy, available on the website.
Links to Other Websites
In the event that the User could find links to other Web pages through different buttons, links, banners, etc. on the Website, these would be managed by third parties. Cathopic does not have the power or human or technical means to know, control or approve all the information, content, products or services provided by other websites to which links may be established from the Website.
Consequently, Cathopic will not assume any type of responsibility for any aspect related to the Web page to which a link could be established from the Website, specifically, as an example and not limited to, its operation, access, data, information, files, quality and reliability of its products and services, its own links and/or any of its contents, in general.
In this sense, if Users had effective knowledge of the illegality of activities carried out through these third-party websites, they must immediately communicate it for the purpose of disabling the access link to it.

Violation of the Terms and Termination of Use
- Cathopic may reject the publication of Content at its own discretion and remove already published Content without prior notice and without any justification.
- In addition, Cathopic may restrict or suspend your access to the Content in whole or in part or cancel a user account at any time, without prior notice and expressly excluding any compensation for damages, consideration or refund of the fees corresponding to the pro license.

Conflict Resolution
Cathopic seeks to promote the love of God through its content and, therefore, supports and encourages users to interact directly with each other. We want to bring this principle to the resolution of conflicts that may arise as well, always seeking to reach an amicable solution.
If you disagree with any aspect of Cathopic, with any decision we have made, or have a problem with the platform, let us know and together we will find a way to resolve the issue. When you wish to file a complaint, send us a written notice specifically indicating the precise nature of the dispute. You must use the contact form.
After Cathopic receives the dispute notice, we will contact you to study the problem in good faith. We will always try to reach a fair and equitable solution that is satisfactory to both parties. If we cannot resolve the dispute through this mechanism within 90 days after the initial notification of the dispute, any subsequent claim, legal proceeding or litigation arising in connection with Cathopic's services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the city of Madrid, Spain, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you, with Spanish law being applicable.
